• Review & Long-listing of Candidate Applications by EDC.
• Telephonic / Online / In Person Interviews for Long-listed Candidates (As Applicable)
• Response to Prospective Employee / Intern application by EDC
o Note: A Design Assessment Test (DAT) & Work Intent Write Up (WIWU) request will be shared to Shortlisted Candidates
• Time Bound Receipt of Design Assessment Test (DAT) & Work Intent Write Up (WIWU) by Prospective Employee / Intern for EDC’s Review
• Seeking further information (if / as required) from the Candidate upon Review of DAT + WIWU Response.
o Note: We seek and collect Government Issued Photo ID’s & other Supporting Documents (for our Office Records) at this Stage. A time bound response by Shortlisted Candidates is required to this email.
• Issue of an Appointment Letter to Prospective Employee. Time bound acceptance of Appointment Letter by the Employee.
• Issue of an Appointment Letter to Candidate through their College. (For Interns)
• That’s it! We look forward seeing you at the Office and hope you will have a great time here.
Please note that the above Short-listing / Long-listing / Review / On-boarding / Reporting to Work Process normally takes anywhere between 10-20 Days. Kindly prepare accordingly depending on your other plans. We follow a queue system and generally process applications based upon seniority of receipt. Sometimes despite most requirements being met, someone else who may have been in the line earlier / later, just could happen to make it through.
We regret any inconvenience that this process causes at times, but not all factors are in our full control.
